OEM Capacity and Audit Evidence Pack

One workbook for the records that OEM capacity clauses, VDA 6.3 process audits and ISO 50001 certification each ask for in different words.

In shortThe OEM Capacity and Audit Evidence Pack is a free xlsx workbook for European automotive and industrial suppliers. It holds a capacity declaration sheet with demonstrated rate and OEE history, a machine-capability run-conditions log, an audit evidence index mapping requirement to record and location, an EnPI and baseline sheet, and a sources sheet. It organises evidence; it certifies nothing.

What is inside the workbook:

  • Capacity declaration sheet. One row per line: normal, maximum and current delivery capacity, the demonstrated rate behind the figure, the shift pattern and net available time, shared-asset allocation by part number, and a rolling OEE history with the date of the last demonstration run.
  • Machine-capability run-conditions log. One row per study: characteristic and classification, machine, tool, material lot, operator, timestamps, sample size, and tick boxes for the conditions claimed — uninterrupted run, single batch, single operator, no tool change — each with a column for where the proving machine record is kept.
  • Audit evidence index. Requirement, in our own paraphrase, against the record that usually serves as evidence and where yours actually lives. Covers the capacity clauses, VDA 6.3 P6 and corrective-action effectiveness.
  • EnPI and baseline sheet. Indicator, its significant energy use, the method of determination, the declared baseline period and value, the normalisation variables, and a baseline modification log with a reason and date for every change.
  • Sources sheet. Every requirement with the document, edition and date it came from, and a column marking what we could not verify.

Who it is for. Plant, quality and energy managers at suppliers in Germany, Italy, Spain, France, the Benelux countries and the Nordics who keep capacity, capability and energy evidence in scattered files and want the gaps visible before a customer or an auditor finds them.

LimitsIt is not a certification tool and does not replace any standard. IATF 16949, the IATF Rules, VDA 6.3, ISO 22514 and ISO 50001 are copyrighted and sold; check every requirement against your licensed copy and your customer's current portal version. The standards and the customer documents prevail. Nor can a workbook repair the underlying data: if stops are not recorded when they happen, the demonstrated rate will be optimistic.

The pack is free. It is published by TEEPTRAK SAS, which sells production-monitoring and OEE software; expect at most one follow-up contact.

Questions

Is the pack really free?
Yes. It is an xlsx download with no charge and no licence key, and no part of it is gated behind a paid tier.
Will it make us compliant?
No. It organises the evidence you already have and shows where a record is missing. Compliance depends on the standards and the customer documents themselves, which are copyrighted, sold, and prevail over anything in the workbook.
Can we use it if we are not an automotive supplier?
The capacity and capability sheets are written around automotive customer requirements, so parts of them will not apply. The audit evidence index and the EnPI and baseline sheet are general: the ISO 50001 chain is the same in any sector.
Does it need data from a monitoring system?
No. Every sheet can be filled in by hand from production records. The columns that ask where the supporting machine record is kept are there precisely so you can see which claims currently rest on nothing but a number.
