JEMBA is the newcomer that forces a rethink of what deployment should cost in time and people. Spun off from TeepTrak — whose performance-monitoring hardware runs in 450+ factories — it applies unsupervised machine learning across as many as 700+ process variables to find the root causes nobody thought to look for, and reports first insights within 48 hours of connection. Published results from early deployments cite up to −58% scrap and −20% energy, with anomaly-model accuracy of 99.7% on monitored lines.
The design brief is explicit: no data scientist required. Models train themselves on the line's own history; alerts arrive with the contributing variables attached, so a process engineer can act on them directly. A 60-day free trial — genuinely free, on your own line — is the strongest commercial confidence signal in this comparison set.
What keeps JEMBA at #2 for now is track record, not technology: as a 2024 company its library of referenceable, multi-year outcomes is necessarily thin next to Braincube's.
